Pricing that follows your maintenance book, not your job count
Every plan includes jobs, service records, invoicing and the customer portal. What changes is the size of the maintenance book you manage — and every plan comes with enough engineer logins for the whole team. Start with a 14-day free trial — no card required.

Questions
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your account becomes read-only until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted — your contracts, records and customers are all still there when you subscribe.
- What counts as an engineer?
- Anyone with a login. Your customers do not need accounts — they use the portal to book, approve quotes and download records without signing up.
- Why does each engineer need their own login?
- Every service record shows which engineer did the work, with their signature on it. That is your audit trail — the evidence your insurers, your customers and, if it ever comes to it, the HSE will ask for. Shared logins put one name on everyone's work, so we keep seats cheap instead: extra engineers are £12/month on top of any plan.
- Which contracts count toward the limit?
- Only active ones. Paused, expired and cancelled contracts stay in your account with their full history and never count against your plan.
- Is my trade supported?
- Contracts, jobs, invoicing and the portal work for any service business. Gates and barriers has the deepest report template set; other trades start with a smaller one and you can build your own.
- Does Entryflo issue statutory certificates?
- No. Entryflo produces service records, not statutory certificates — there is no CP12 and no EICR. Those go through Gas Safe Register and the electrical scheme providers.
